and privacy.

Licensing terms
- License grant. On purchase you receive a license to use the beat according to the tier you selected. An exclusive license removes the beat from the store so no one else can license it.
- Ownership. BE-TWIIN retains copyright on all non-exclusive licenses. You own your lyrics, your melody and your recording on every tier.
- Free use. Permitted on BandLab, SoundCloud and Voloco only, with credit.
- Commercial use. A paid license is required everywhere else — YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok and every other platform — regardless of how many plays the track gets.
- Royalties. The Album mode pack (10 beats, $129.95) is the full-monetization option: you keep 100% of your royalties. Royalty terms for the single-beat tiers are set out in the license contract issued at checkout.
- Upgrades. You can move to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference.
- Checkout. All sales, files and license contracts are handled by BeatStars atbetwiin.beatstars.com. The license contract issued at checkout is the binding document.
Refunds
- No refunds. Delivery is instant and digital, so all sales are final.
- Beat switch. One free exchange within 7 days if the beat isn't right.
- Exceptions. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at the seller's discretion.
Privacy
- What we collect. Your email address, and only if you ask us to send your matches. Beat Match itself needs no account and stores your quiz answers in the page URL, not on a server.
- Consent. Emails are double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link before anything is sent. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Who processes it. Email is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Payments are handled by BeatStars via PayPal and Stripe — we never see or store card details.
- Measurement. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you allow them in the consent prompt. Decline and no third-party measurement runs.
- Advertising match. If you allow measurement and then sign up for the free pack, your email address is hashed in your browser and sent to Meta so it can attribute the signup to an ad. The address itself is never sent in readable form, and this does not happen if you decline measurement or never sign up.
- GDPR. Your data is never sold. Ask for a copy or deletion at any time by emailing mgmt@betwiinbeats.com.
