and privacy.

Licensing terms
- License grant. On purchase you receive a license to use the beat according to the tier you selected: non-exclusive, worldwide, not transferable, for 10 years, covering one new song per beat. An exclusive license removes the beat from the store so no one else can license it.
- Limits. MP3 lease: up to 100,000 streams, 5,000 sales, radio on 1 station and one video up to 5 minutes. WAV lease: up to 500,000 streams, 10,000 sales and radio on 2 stations. Full Monetization: no limit on streams, sales or radio. Live shows are allowed on every license. On the WAV lease and Full Monetization, confirm with us in writing before making more than one video.
- Ownership. BE-TWIIN retains copyright in the beat on all non-exclusive licenses. You own your lyrics and anything you wrote yourself. The contract does not give you the master recording of the new song; it licenses you to release it and earn from it.
- Songwriting. On every license, 50% of the writer's share is yours and 50% is BE-TWIIN's, and BE-TWIIN holds 50% of the publisher's share. Register the song with your PRO that way.
- Credit. “Produced by BE_TWIIN”, wherever credits appear.
- Not permitted. Selling, uploading or giving away the beat on its own; transferring the license; registering the beat or song with YouTube Content ID or any Content ID system; registering them with the US Copyright Office; licensing them for sampling; and film, TV, advertising or video-game use without written permission.
- Ending a license. If you break these terms you have 5 business days from written notice to fix it. Within 3 years of purchase BE-TWIIN may end a license by paying you 200% of the fee you paid, after which the song must come down.
- Free use. Permitted on BandLab, SoundCloud and Voloco only, with credit.
- Commercial use. A paid license is required everywhere else — YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok and every other platform — regardless of how many plays the track gets.
- Royalties. The Full Monetization Bundle (10 beats, $129.95 — buy 1, get 9 free) is the full-monetization option: you keep 100% of your royalties, with no cap on streams or sales. The single-beat leases pay BE-TWIIN no cut either, within their limits. Mechanical royalties and the songwriting split above are the exceptions.
- Upgrades. You can move to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference.
- Checkout. All sales, files and license contracts are handled by BeatStars atbetwiin.beatstars.com. The license contract issued at checkout is the binding document.
Refunds
- No refunds. Delivery is instant and digital, so all sales are final.
- Beat switch. One free exchange within 7 days if the beat isn't right.
- Exceptions. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at the seller's discretion.
Privacy
- What we collect. Nothing, unless you write to us. There is no mailing list and no newsletter. If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to Marcello's inbox so he can answer. Beat Match and Beat Tinder need no account and keep your answers and shortlist in the page URL and your browser, not on a server.
- Who processes it. Contact-form messages are delivered by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Payments are handled by BeatStars via PayPal and Stripe — we never see or store card details.
- Measurement. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you allow them in the consent prompt. Decline and no third-party measurement runs. When they are allowed, choosing to email us is counted as an event; your address is never sent with it.
- GDPR. Your data is never sold. Ask for a copy or deletion at any time by emailing mgmt@betwiinbeats.com.
